Salvador has a complete infrastructure to host national and international events and congresses. We at Tatur Turismo have been privileged to work in some of these prestigious events.
Over the years the city has been the location for many world congresses and as such has catered fully for this demanding segment of the hospitality industry. In collaboration with trusted Brazilian partners or independently we have had the honor of providing services for a wide range of companies and associations, including:

According to ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association), Brazil currently ranks 7th in the world as a destination for hosting congresses and conventions, with Salvador ranked 3rd within Brazil.
The destination offers distinct advantages over other cities, principally by virtue of the state Convention Centre which offers the largest congress facilities, and it is complemented by quality hotels with comprehensive congress facilities catering for a wide range of event requirements. Salvador international Airport is the largest in the Northeast of Brazil allowing for easy access from all parts of Brazil, as well as international flights connecting the city to Europe, USA and Latin America. Full technical services (audio visual and IT etc) are to a very high standard and can cater for all industry requirements.
